References are the knowledge sources used by the agent to generate the response. Turning this on allows users to know exactly where the agent has grabbed its knowledge from!
This option is not compulsory, just simply toggle this on or off, from the settings page inside your agent.

We’ve added a new update that lets you customise your agent’s fallback message when it can’t answer a question. Instead of a generic response like “I don’t know,” you can now tailor the message to match your brand’s tone, whether that’s directing users to your support team, providing next steps, or adding a bit of personality or humour.
Just head to the settings page of your agent and add your custom message 🙌🏻
